Dean James W. Hughes on Taxation in NJ
James W. Hughes, dean of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, spoke at a program held Jan. 29, 2011 in Trenton by the New Jersey School Boards Association and the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. Dr. Hughes was keynote speaker at the program, "Collaborating on Real Solutions to the 2% Cap," and he was responding to a question about additional taxation as a means to fund public education.
